All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping time and may increase during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Quantity ordered

  • Shipping destination

All shipping charges are displayed before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, as products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned orders due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

International Shipping & Customs
